Cheesy Bacon Corn Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz block room temperature cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 12 oz shredded cheese of choice
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 lb bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • salt, pepper, garlic
  • 4 oz additional shredded cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Bake uncovered at 375 °F for 30 min
  • Allow to cool for around 10 min.

Notes

You can use pre shredded cheese but I prefer to shred my own bc it melts better. If you don’t wanna cook bacon, 1 cup of bacon pieces can be substituted… You can also double the batch if you need to feed a lot of people! Enjoy!
