Cheesteaks
A good cheesesteak is something I could eat once a week and never get tired of. They aren't difficult to make and my version is packed full of flavor. Here is how I make it!

Notes
Any sub rolls work but I like the Jimmy John's and they are just as cheap as some from a grocery store. You can save even more money by buying day old if they have any left. Traditionally, cheese whiz is used but it doesn't compare to Arbo's with flavor.
What kind of beef do you use and what is SPG seasonings?
This beef was thinly sliced NY Strip from Costco but many grocery stores sell “shaved beef” in 1lb packages. SPG is salt, pepper, garlic.
Thank you!!
I have looked in Owensboro for the Arbo’s. Where do you find it?
Kroger Frederica in the deli cooler section!
So glad I’m not the only one who did not know what SPG is, and yes I was going to ask to. Thank you Gotta try this!
