One of my family’s favorite meals is a classic beef stroganoff. However, after cooking it so many times I thought of a way to bring some ease into the dish. The twist I put on this classic comfort food is the addition of my favorite pasta: tortellini! This ground beef and tortellini combination is a quick and easy one pot recipe that has been spruced up with some delicious ranch seasoning.

How To Make Ground Beef and Tortellini :
- Add ground beef to a large pan or dutch oven on medium heat.
- Once seared on each side, add onions and mushrooms to pan.

3. Cook until ground beef is brown and mushrooms have cooked down, then add garlic cooking until fragrant before next step.
4. Next, add ranch seasoning, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

5. Add Beef stock and tortellini.

6. Cover and bring to a simmer to allow tortellini to plump up.

7. Add have cream and ranch dip, stirring until smooth.

- If sauce is too thin, stir together cornstarch and water and mix some more into the sauce to thicken the consistency.
