Ingredients
- 24 oz frozen corn(canned that is drained is fine)
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 stick butter
Instructions
- Dump everything in your slow cooker.
- Cook 4 hours on low.
- Stir until well combined.
- Use an immersion blender to puree a small amount of the corn to make it even creamier.(optional)
