Substitutions and Variations:

  • Add sliced bananas or strawberries for a fruity twist.

  • A tall glass of cold milk.
  • Vanilla (or your favorite flavor) ice cream.
  • Some coffee if your taste buds enjoy true richness.

These croissants are best served freshly cooked, but can be stored in an airtight container for a couple of days. They can be reheated in the microwave or back on the griddle with some fresh butter to bring back the gooeyness along with the crispy crunch.

Yes! perfect for a bite sized version of this dessert.

What chocolate works best?
Hershey’s milk chocolate
