Pulled Ham

I've seen a few videos lately on social media of people making this "pulled ham". I love ham, I love pulled pork. It made sense to give it a shot and we thought it was absolutely delicious! Hope you enjoy it if you give it a try!

Notes

  1. Use whatever braising liquid you prefer.
  2. You can pour a little braising liquid on the ham post shredding to further moisten it if preferred.
  3. If you want to season beyond the brown sugar,  I would recommend something low sodium as the ham is already salty.
  4. A glaze would be delicious to top with once shredded.
