Ingredients
- 1 tube pillsbury pizza dough
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 24 large pepperonis
- 1 egg(for wash)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- italian seasoning
- garlic powder
- grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Roll out pizza crust and cut into 4 equal size pieces.
- Add 2 slices of mozzarella to each dough.
- Add 6 large pepperonis to each dough.
- Roll as tightly as possible and pinch seams together.
- Place seam side down on a baking sheet. Beat an egg and brush egg wash on each pepperoni roll.
- Bake at 425 for around 20 min until they are golden brown.
- While in oven melt butter and mix with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Once pepperoni rolls are cooked, brush on butter mixture and sprinkle on grated parm.
- Serve with marinara and enjoy!

Can you do these in the air fryer? If so what tempxand how long
Haven’t experimented with em in the air fryer. I’d prob reduce the temp to maybe 375 and keep an eye on them. I think they might be done in air fryer in 12-15 min.
