Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the best way to fry bologna? Score the meat to prevent curling—cut in an X shape—and fry over butter/oil at medium to high heat until you desired crispiness.

Why are my sliders soggy? If you pat dry your bologna after frying you can prevent this, also make sure there is not moisture in any of your other ingredients especially cheese and bread. This most likely will occur due to an overuse of butter, so be mindful and remember that less is more.

How do you keep fried bologna flat? Score it when cooking, either cut an X in the middle or make little cuts around each slice. If you are frying a large piece of bologna and cutting it after, make cross cuts around your roll of meat for more even cooking.
