Double Smoked Ham with Cherry Cola Glaze

Ham on Easter is a must. We like to add a little extra smoke for flavor and a glaze always helps amp up the flavor. Here is an easy recipe that everyone is sure to love!

Notes

I would get the pre sliced spiral ham if using bone in.  If using a pressed ham,  I like the Kentucky Legend brand from Fields if you can find it.  The ham is already cooked,  we are just trying to get extra smoke on it and let the glaze caramelize.  Make this the day before to save yourself time.  Just place in oven at 180 covered in foil for a couple hours day of to reheat.  Also,  I used apple wood chunks with the smoker but use whatever you prefer if using a kamado style smoker.

Can you cook this in a Crockpot or Oven? If so how long for each? Thank you.

Do it in the oven same time and temp on a baking sheet. Just won’t get the extra smoke flavor.
