Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Corn Dip

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 16 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 tbsp potato slayer seasoning
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups bacon pieces

Instructions

  • Drain whole kernel corn and add to slow cooker then add cream corn.
  • Shred cheese and add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook on low for 2-2.5 hrs.
  • Stir until well combined. Enjoy!

Notes

This is about as easy as it gets.  Feel free to use pre shredded cheese if preferred,  I just like shredding my own bc it melts better.

      It’s made by “Fire and Smoke Society”. You can get it at WalMart. My local Kroger also has it!

        Yes! But if you are worried about it do 2 can cream corn and 1 whole kernel instead of nice versa!

    This is delicious. I’ve made it several times. Curious, could it be cooked on high to reduce cooking time or would that change the texture or possible burn it?

      I don’t like cooking anything with cheese on high bc it makes the cheese separate.
