Sloppy Joe Wonton Cups
These are not your ordinary sloppy joes. I have my own variation to sloppy joes adding a little dazzle dazzle and heat at the end. You can def modify if you want less heat. Perfect for pot lucks, birthday parties, or a Super Bowl soiree they are certain to be a crowd pleaser. Now, lets get into it!

Servings: 24 wontons

Ingredients
- 1 lb Browsey Acres Ground Beef
- 1/3 white onion diced
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- bacon up bacon grease to saute onions/peppers
- 48 Wonton wrappers
- All purpose seasoning
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp sweet and spicy mustard
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- minced garlic
- 8 oz shredded Colby Jack cheese
Instructions
- Cook down peppers/onion in bacon grease for 5-6 min on med heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Remove fat with paper towel.
- Season with all purpose seasoning and add minced garlic allowing to cook for a min or 2.
- Lower hear to low-medium and add the rest of ingredients.
- Mix well and allow to simmer for 10 min or so until its thickens.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Get 2 muffin pans and spray with cooking oil
- Put 2 wonton wrappers in each tin criss crossing them.
- Fill each tin evenly with sloppy Joe mixture.
- Cover each wonton with a generous amount of shredded Colby Jack.
- Bake for 15 min, enjoy!

Notes
You can sub ingredients but those subtle flavors make a huge difference! Â If you don't wanna use chili crisp sub for 1 tsp red pepper flakes or leave it out if you want less heat. Â Use yellow mustard instead of sweet and spicy if you prefer. Â Lastly, Â use pre shredded cheese if you like as well. Â I just personally prefer to shred my own(when I have it).
