- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 24 oz cheese tortellini(from fridge section)
- 2 tbsp butter(unsalted)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- lemon zest(2 lemons)
- lemon juice(1 lemon)
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken stock or broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- parsley(optional for garnish)

Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into 1" chunks and season with salt/pepper/garlic powder or your favorite seasoning.
- Add some bacon grease or oil to pan and cook on medium high heat until chicken reaches 165 internal then remove from pan.
- Turn heat to low medium. Add butter and olive oil.
- Once butter is melted add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, around a minute.
- Add chicken stock and heavy cream. Clean lemons and zest both lemons into sauce while bringing to a simmer.
- Add juice of 1 lemon and black pepper.
- Add tortellini, cover and stir every few min until sauce is thickened and tortellini is plumped up(around 10 min).
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until cheese is melted and well combined.
- Add back in chicken and stir until well coated in sauce. Enjoy!
