Nashville Hot Lemon Pepper Spatchcocked Chicken
I love Nashville Hot Chicken! When I decided to pair it with some lemon pepper and honey I knew it was gonna be a match made in heaven!

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken thawed
- Bacon Up Bacon Grease
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- Nashville Hot Seasoning
- Honey
- 1 Lemon
Instructions
- With a dependable pair of kitchen shears, remove the spine from the chicken.
- Flatten the chicken and break the breast bone.
- Wipe off excess moisture with a paper towel.
- Rub chicken skin down with some bacon grease.
- Season generously on both sides with lemon pepper and Nashville hot seasonings.
- Slice lemon and place on chicken.
- Put on non direct heat on grill at 325 until it reaches 160 internal in the thickest part of the breast.
- Allow to rest for 10-15 min then drizzle with honey. Enjoy!!
