Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 jar tomato pesto 7 oz
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- salt/pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- pasta water (to thicken)
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- additional parmesan cheese for top
Instructions
- Boil pasta according to instructions in heavily salted water to al dente.
- In a pan brown your Italian sausage then add tomato pesto and heavy cream.
- Stir until well combined then season with salt/pepper.
- Add grated parm and combine well.
- Add pasta a little pasta water if you want to thicken sauce.
- Top with more Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
