
Chopped Italian Sliders
These chopped Italian sliders will def be a hit for any pot luck or gathering! Best of all, the are easy to make and are served chilled!

Ingredients
- 2 dozen Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 4 oz salami
- 4 oz pepperoni
- 4 oz ham
- 4 oz banana pepper rings
- 1.5 cups shredded lettuce
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp banana pepper juice
- 7 oz tomato pesto
- 2/3 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 packet zest Italian seasoning(0.6oz)
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp melted butter(to brush on top)
- garlic powder(for top)
Instructions
- Cut Slider rolls in half and if desired toast in butter or bacon grease.
- Dice up salami, pepperoni, ham, and banana pepper rings and place in large mixing bowl.
- Add Lettuce, shredded mozz, tomato pesto, banana pepper juice, grated parm, black pepper, mayo, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Slaher mixture on hawaiian rolls then brush on melted butter and sprinkle on some garlic powder.
- Chill in fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
Notes
Toasting of rolls is optional but adds a lot of flavor with little effort. Butter and bacon grease are both good options. You can use pre shredded cheese but I have done it both ways and feel like it comes together better when I shred it myself. As far as melted butter and garlic powder on top, that is optional as well. But, missing out on extra flavor if you don't do it...
