Chopped Cheese Subs
Chopped Cheese is one of those sandwiches that just puts a smile on your face. This is my version on a sub roll that makes this messy but delicious recipe a little easier to enjoy!

Servings: 4 6" subs
Ingredients
- 1 lb American Wagyu Ground Beef
- 1 small sweet yellow onion diced
- Bacon Up Bacon Grease
- 2 12" sub rolls
- 12 slices american cheese
- SPG(Salt, pepper, garlic)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- lettuce optional
- tomato optional
- Burger sauce optional
Instructions
- Toast sub rolls in bacon grease or butter on low medium heat and set aside adding 4 slices American cheese to each.
- Add some bacon grease and cook down onion in a pan or on griddle for about 5 min on medium heat.
- Brown ground beef and mix with onion.
- Season with SPG and W sauce...
- Add 4 slices American cheese and allow to melt then combine with ground beef.
- Add evenly to sub rolls.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, and burger sauce if desired and enjoy!

If you can't find W sauce, Â any worcestershire sauce will do. Â I get my sub rolls at Meijer in the deli section or at Jimmy johns!
