
Chicken Caesar Salad Sliders

Ingredients
- 24 Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 2 Rotisserie Chickens
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 8 oz whipped garlic and herb cream cheese
- 12 oz Creamy Casear Salad dressing
- 1 lemon
- 1 lb cooked and chopped bacon
- cracked black pepper
- Romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Remove breasts and thighs from rotisserie chickens. Cut up or shred to desired size.
- In a large bowl add the chicken, casear dressing, grated parmesan, cream cheese, juice from a lemon, and cracked black pepper along with cooked bacon.
- Mix well and then place in fridge to chill for at least an hour to let the flavors marry.
- Toast buns(optional)
- Place a thick layer of chicken salad on slider rolls.
- Add potato chips and lettuce to top and enjoy!
Notes
You can make up to 36 sliders with this amount of chicken salad from the recipe. We like to have extra though to eat with crackers.
