Ingredients
- 2 lbs shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 lb bacon
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp Potato Slayer seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 cup grated parmesan chese
- 1 cup` sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packages Red Lobster biscuit mix
- SPG
Instructions
- Cut up bacon and cook in a large saute pan or Dutch oven until cooked through then set aside.
- Remove half of bacon grease and then add flour to create a roux.

- Slowly add milk while stirring, then add 2 cups of broth.
- Work in Parm and cheddar cheese while continuing to stir.
- Add 2 more cups chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Prepare biscuit mix according to package instructions.
- Scoop even sized dumplings into broth but DO NOT stir.
- Cover with lid and simmer for 15 min.
- In a bowl with shrimp, add a little Avocado oil and season with SPG and extra garlic powder.
- place on baking sheet and cook 7-8 min at 400°.
- After 15 min gently stir in shrimp and bacon. Enjoy!
