You can use any oil you prefer.  If you want to use a different cheese like mozzarella, cheddar, etc it will be fine.  No sub for tapioca flour...

Hi, I definitely want to make this. Is the tapioca flour easy to find in most grocery stores?
Is there a way I can follow you? This is the first time I have come across you.

would melted beef fat be ok for the oil substitute?

It would work but I’m afraid it would start to solidify mixing with the cold milk. But otherwise it’s fine.

You can try but might want the fat from the milk. I’ve never attempted that way.
