Notes
I'm all about adding flavor anyway possible.  That's why I prefer bacon grease to cook with!  You don't have to use jalapeño mustard if you want it less spicy.  Use whatever seasoning you prefer.  The Chica Licka Bam Bam is a cajun seasoning and is fantastic plus its easily available at Walmart.  Feel free th switch the cheese up!
Expert Tips
- Roast or grill the chicken thighs. You can bake them in a 400ºF oven for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through and a meat thermometer registers 165ºF. If you want to grill them, then preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill on each side for 6 to 8 minutes until cooked through.
- Layer the sandwich correctly. Be sure to layer according to the recipe so make sure you get lots of flavor in each bite.
- If you want to make your own Chicka Kicka Bam Bam Seasoning, simply combine 1 tablespoon of each black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and mix to combine.
- Buy blocks of cheese and shred yourself. Pre-shredded cheese has a powder on it that prevents the cheese from melting as nicely. Shredding the cheese yourself is the preferred method here.
Looks very good I must try to create it for myself and sell it on my website
