Ingredients
- 32 oz Grillo's pickle spears(drained and chopped)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup candied jalapenos (chopped)
- 4 oz shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
Instructions
- Score cream cheese, sprinkle with preferred bbq rub. Smoke at 225 for 60-90 min.
- Hit bacon with bbq rub as well and place on with cream cheese. When cream cheese is removed, up temp to 300 degrees until bacon is cooked through.
- Drain juice from pickles and chop pickles finely. Save 1 tbsp pickle juice for dip.
- In a large bowl add cream cheese(cooled), sour cream, ranch seasoning, hot sauce, pickle juice, black pepper, and hot honey. Beat until well combined.
- Next, fold in remaining ingredients.
- Chill in fridge for at least an hour before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
You don't have to smoke the cream cheese and bacon. Its just an easy way to add extra flavor. You can use your favorite brands for all the products but i def recommend trying it the way the video shows and see what you think! We enjoyed this with pretzel sticks and kettle chips.
