Course: Appetizer
Cuisine: Italian
Servings: 50 pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 6 burrito sized tortillas
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 50 pepperonis
  • 30 slices salami
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 jar tomato pesto 7oz
  • italian seasoning
  • 24 slices thin provolone

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and tomato pesto and mix until smooth.
  • Lay out tortillas and spread mixture thinly on each.
  • Season with Italian seasoning.
  • Add 4 slices thin provolone to each tortilla.
  • Add desired meat to each. I do 3 slices prosciutto, around 25 pepperonis, or around 15 slices salami on each tortilla.
  • Roll tightly then wrap in Saran Wrap. Place in fridge for around an hour to make easier to slice through.
  • Slice each roll into around 8 pinwheels.
  • Store in fridge until ready to enjoy!

Notes

Tip: Use a serrated knife to make cutting into pinwheels easier.
