Servings: 50 pinwheels
Ingredients
- 6 burrito sized tortillas
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 50 pepperonis
- 30 slices salami
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 jar tomato pesto 7oz
- italian seasoning
- 24 slices thin provolone
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and tomato pesto and mix until smooth.
- Lay out tortillas and spread mixture thinly on each.
- Season with Italian seasoning.
- Add 4 slices thin provolone to each tortilla.
- Add desired meat to each. I do 3 slices prosciutto, around 25 pepperonis, or around 15 slices salami on each tortilla.
- Roll tightly then wrap in Saran Wrap. Place in fridge for around an hour to make easier to slice through.
- Slice each roll into around 8 pinwheels.
- Store in fridge until ready to enjoy!
