The Ultimate Breakfast Crunch Wrap

I love breakfast and I love crunch wraps! Figured if I was gonna make one the might as well stuff it with all the good stuff!

Servings: 4 crunch wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 Grande Tortillas
  • 4 taco sized flour tortillas
  • 1 lb maple breakfast sausage
  • 8 slices thick cut bacon
  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 pre formed hash browns
  • 8 oz shredded Colby jack cheese
  • 4 microwave pancakes

Instructions

  • Divide into 4 oz balls and Smash down you breakfast sausage on griddle
  • Cook bacon and set aside.
  • Cook hash browns and eggs in leftover bacon grease.
  • Heat pancakes up in microwave according to package instructions.
  • To construct start with cheese, then add sausage, pancake, bacon, hash browns, and more cheese.
  • Place small tortilla on top and fold grande tortilla around it.
  • Place crunch wraps on griddle in residual bacon grease on low medium heat until brown on both sides.
  • Serve with Maple Syrup, enjoy!
