Ingredients
- 1 loaf brioche cinnamon twist bread
- 1 pint cookies n cream ice cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3-4 crushed PB Oreos
- crunchy peanut butter
- maple syrup
- Cool Whip
Instructions
- Cut brioche loaf into 3 equal pieces
- Toast in oven at 400° for 12 min flipping every 3 until toasted on all sides
- Leave ice cream in counter to melt but can use microwave at reduced power if needed
- Dip bread into ice cream coating well in all sides
- Cook in pan with butter on low until all sides are brown
- Heat up PB in microwave safe bowl 30 sec at a time stirring in between until consistency you want
- Pour melted PB over French toast then sprinkle with crushed Oreos
- Pour syrup on top then finish with a dollop of cool whip. Enjoy!
