Ingredients
- 2 packages Kings Pretzel Slider Buns
- 2 lbs sliced turkey
- 1 1/2 - 2 lbs bacon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 oz bourbon
- 8 slices medium cheddar cheese
- 8 slices aged white cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup hot honey
- SPG
Instructions
- In a bowl mix mustard and honey then sit aside.
- Slice and cook bacon in a pan then remove.
- Reserve bacon grease to toast slider buns.
- In a separate pan on low med heat melt butter and add brown sugar.
- Stir until smooth then add bourbon.
- Carefully light bourbon with a stick lighter and allow alcohol to burn off.
- Add bacon, stir until coated and allow to cool for a min then remove and set aside.
- Place slider buns on a baking sheet then add a layer of medium cheddar slices.
- Add turkey to each bun, season with SPG.
- Then, top with white cheddar slices.
- Spread candied bourbon bacon evenly then drizzle honey mustard over bacon.
- Place top buns on then cover with foil.
- Place in oven at 350 until cheese is melted. Enjoy!
