Sweet and Salty Dessert Crunchwrap

This was a dessert Crunchwrap idea I came up with for a pop up menu at a local restaurant. It has everything you would want in a sweet and salty treat!

Course: Dessert
Cuisine: American
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 2 Crunchwraps

Ingredients

  • 3 burrito sized tortillas
  • 4 slices bacon
  • peanut butter
  • 1 Hersheys bar
  • marshmallow cream
  • original potato chips
  • cinnamon sugar 3 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Cook bacon and set it aside.
  • Place tortilla down and add PB, then choc bar.
  • Put marshmallow cream on top of chocolate bar, then add 2 pieces of cut up bacon.
  • Top with potato chips.
  • Use 3rd tortilla to cut a small circle to place on top of chips. This allows tortilla to seal.
  • Cook on low med heat in residual bacon grease. Flip when golden brown and immediately sprinkle on cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!

Notes

Use choc chips if preferred over a Hersheys bar.  I actually like semi sweet better personally.  If you really wanna be lazy,  use bacon pieces and then just brown Crunchwrap in a little butter although I love the flavor added by the bacon grease.
