Ingredients
- brioche bread
- peanut butter
- grape jelly or jam
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- cinnamon
Instructions
- Make a PB and J sandwich with brioche and dip thoroughly in custard
- Cook on low in butter or bacon grease until browned
- Top with powdered sugar and maple syrup! Enjoy!
