Stuffed PB&J French Toast

Ingredients

brioche bread
peanut butter
grape jelly or jam
4 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
cinnamon

Instructions

Make a PB and J sandwich with brioche and dip thoroughly in custard
Cook on low in butter or bacon grease until browned
Top with powdered sugar and maple syrup! Enjoy!
