Stuffed French Toast

This French toast is stuffed with cookie butter and milk chocolate with toffee bits creating a crazy good fusion of flavor! Topped with maple syrup and crushed biscoff cookies, its tough to beat!

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf brioche bread
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cookie butter
  • chocolate toffee bar or bits
  • 5 biscoff cookies(crushed)

Instructions

  • Spread cookie butter on each piece of brioche bread.
  • Add chopped chocolate toffee on 1 piece of brioche and add another piece of bread to look like sandwich form.
  • Beat eggs, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract together.
  • Add some butter or bacon grease to pan. Dip each "sandwich" in mixture and cook on low medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  • Crush up some bsicoff cookies to sprinkle on top then pour some maple syrup on before enjoying!

Notes

I used a milk choc toffee bar from ALDI but a heath bar will work fine!  If you want more chocolate,  add a couple squares or some choc chips too.
