S’mores no bake cheesecake dessert
I have been really enjoying experimenting with no bake cheesecake recipes of late! This one might be my favorite! So rich and decadent and no bakes are much quicker than a traditional cheesecake. Try this one and let me know what you think!

Ingredients
- 2 packages graham crackers
- 1 stick melted butter salted
- 3 blocks cream cheese 24oz
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- 1 package chocolate covered graham crackers
For marshmallow sauce
- 14 oz marshmallow fluff
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add parchment paper to 9” Springform pan.
- Melt butter and add to crushed graham crackers.
- Pack down in springform pan and put in freezer while prepping remaining ingredients.
- In a large bowl beat cream cheese, vanilla extract, and and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a microwaveable bowl add chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave 30 sec at a time until melted.
- Add to cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
- Beat in cool whip until everything is smooth.
- Line springform pan with chocolate covered graham cookies and add cheesecake mixture.
- In a microwaveable bowl add marshmallow fluff, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
- Microwave 20 seconds at a time stirring in between until thin consistency.
- Allow to cool before topping cheesecake.
- Use a grater to add chocolate shavings then chill in fridge at least 4 hrs. Enjoy!
