Smoked Ranch Dill Pickle Dip

It's cheesy, it's creamy, it's got pickles, ranch seasoning, and bacon.... What else could you ask for? Plus, the hint of smoke sends it over the edge!

Ingredients

  • 2 blocks cream cheese
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 8 oz white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 2 tsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 lb bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup dill pickles chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickle juice
  • black pepper to preference

Instructions

  • Cook bacon and chop up as well as pickles.
  • Shred cheese...
  • Combine everything in an aluminum pan and place on smoker foe at least an hour or until everything mixes easily. Stir every 30 min.
  • Enjoy!

If you wanna be lazy and make it really easy.....  Use pre shredded cheese,  you can try different flavors even.  Bacon pieces work fine and add more than 1/2 cup if desired.  If you don't have fresh dill, use 3/4-1 tsp of dried...

    We loved this. Normally make a cold version of this. This was amazing and the flavors were perfect. Get a $1 loaf of French Bread from Walmart- cut and toast in the oven- and you are set.
