Notes
I like using a binder with bologna bc it doesn't have the moisture to naturally hold the seasoning. Â Also, Â since bologna only smokes for 3-4 hrs I like to use a stronger smoke wood like hickory as opposed to oak which is more subtle. Â
I was born and raised in Kentucky and moved to the Houston area 30+ years ago. When I visit, I always bring back some Fields or Fischers garlic bologna. It’s made in Owensboro. Can’t get any here with that taste and texture. I like to fry it and have a bologna, egg & cheese Sammy. My son will be flying in on Saturday and he’ll be bringing me 5 pkgs.!!
Yep, I live in Owensboro
Nicely done, I liked the Easy to follow directions being I’m still a Novice Smoker/Griller
Awesome!
Yummy looking want to make thanks for sharing
Going to love trying this.
