Smoked Bacon Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are a mainstay for holiday feasts! Elevate them with this smoked version that also has bacon which we know makes everything better!

Servings: 12 eggs

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs(large)
  • 6 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp pickle juice or vinegar
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Boil eggs for 10 minutes and then place immediately in an ice bath to cool down.
  • Peel eggs and place on smoker at 200 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
  • Cook bacon until crispy and chop very finely after cooled down.
  • Cut eggs in half and scoop out yolks.
  • Add yolks, mayo, mustard, vinegar, bacon, and salt/pepper to a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Pipe into eggs and sprinkle smoked paprika on top.
  • Chill covered until ready to serve. Enjoy!

    If I don’t have a smoker, would 200 degrees in the oven suffice?

      The 200 degree part is only for the smoke so just make sure your eggs are boiled fully and skip the smoker/oven…
