Slow Cooker Meatball and Tortellini Soup

This is about the laziest way to make some tasty soup everyone will enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen meatballs(24-30oz)
  • 1 jar marinara or spaghetti sauce(28-30oz)
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 packages family sized cheese tortellini(30-40 oz total)

Instructions

  • Add meatballs, marinara, beef broth, and seasonings to slow cooker.
  • Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4-5.
  • Turn slow cooker to low and add tortellini.
  • Cook additional 45-60 min until tortellini is plump. Enjoy!
