Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 12 oz franks wing sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp honey
- bbq rub of choice(low sugar)
- black pepper
Instructions
- Season chicken with bbq rub and place in slow cooker.
- Add wing sauce, ACV, honey, and black pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
- Shred and enjoy!
