  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 jar crunchy PB(14oz)
  • 1 jar chocolate peanut butter
  • 1 package Reeses pieces(9oz bag)
  • 1 package reeses mini cups(7.6oz bag)

  • 32 Reeseā€™s sticks(8 king size packs)

Instructions

  • Bring heavy cream to a simmer and remove from heat. Add semi sweet choc chips and allow to sit a couple min to begin melting. Then whisk until smooth and set aside to cool.
  • Crush chips ahoy cookies finely in a gallon ziplock bag.
  • Add melted butter and make sure its evenly distributed over cookie crumbs.
  • In 9" springform pan with parchment paper in the bottom, add cookie crumbs and tamp down with a glass.
  • Line pan with Reeses sticks or nutty buddies and set pan aside.
  • In a large bowl add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract as well as powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
  • Add PB and beat again until smooth.
  • Now add thawed cool whip and continue to beat until smooth and all filling is uniform in color.
  • Add some ganache to bottom of springform pan and then sprinkle in 1/3 bag of both Reeses pieces and mini cups.
  • Add and smooth out half of cheesecake filling.
  • Add another layer of ganache and another 1/3 bag of both candies.
  • Now add in and smooth out remaining cheesecake filling before pouring remaining ganache on top and adding the rest of both bags of candies.
  • Place in the fridge a minimum of 4 hours to firm up. It is actually even more helpful if you have room to place in the freezer for 45-60 min before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

You can use smooth or crunchy PB. Ā You can also use 1 jar of chocolate PB in place of 2nd jar of crunchy which is what I did. Ā If you want to save money, Ā use nutty buddies instead or Reeses sticks. Ā Lastly, Ā this is ver calorie dense and not very healthy. Ā Be responsible and enjoy in moderation!
