Reese's No Bake Cheesecake
If you love Reese's or Peanut butter in general, this easy dessert is for you!

Equipment
- 9" Springform pan
Ingredients
- 1 package Reese's cup chips ahoy(family sized)
- 6 tbsp melted butter(unsalted)
- 3 blocks cream cheese(softened)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 jar crunchy PB(14oz)
- 1 jar chocolate peanut butter
- 1 package Reeses pieces(9oz bag)
- 1 package reeses mini cups(7.6oz bag)
- 16 oz cool whip
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1.5 cups semi sweet choc chips
- 32 Reeseās sticks(8 king size packs)
Instructions
- Bring heavy cream to a simmer and remove from heat. Add semi sweet choc chips and allow to sit a couple min to begin melting. Then whisk until smooth and set aside to cool.
- Crush chips ahoy cookies finely in a gallon ziplock bag.
- Add melted butter and make sure its evenly distributed over cookie crumbs.
- In 9" springform pan with parchment paper in the bottom, add cookie crumbs and tamp down with a glass.
- Line pan with Reeses sticks or nutty buddies and set pan aside.
- In a large bowl add softened cream cheese and vanilla extract as well as powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
- Add PB and beat again until smooth.
- Now add thawed cool whip and continue to beat until smooth and all filling is uniform in color.
- Add some ganache to bottom of springform pan and then sprinkle in 1/3 bag of both Reeses pieces and mini cups.
- Add and smooth out half of cheesecake filling.
- Add another layer of ganache and another 1/3 bag of both candies.
- Now add in and smooth out remaining cheesecake filling before pouring remaining ganache on top and adding the rest of both bags of candies.
- Place in the fridge a minimum of 4 hours to firm up. It is actually even more helpful if you have room to place in the freezer for 45-60 min before serving. Enjoy!

You can use smooth or crunchy PB. Ā You can also use 1 jar of chocolate PB in place of 2nd jar of crunchy which is what I did. Ā If you want to save money, Ā use nutty buddies instead or Reeses sticks. Ā Lastly, Ā this is ver calorie dense and not very healthy. Ā Be responsible and enjoy in moderation!
