Ingredients
- 10 slices of bread
- PBJ
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
- maple syrup for dipping
Instructions
- Cut the crust off your sandwich bread spread on some PB & J.
- Roll as tightly as possible.
- Whisk eggs and milk together.
- Heat a pan on low and add 1 Tbsp butter.
- Dip rollups in egg/ milk mixture then place in pan seam side down.
- Cook in batches of 5 and use 1 Tbsp butter for each batch.
- While rollups are browning on all sides mix sugar/cinnamon.
- Immediately roll in cinnamon sugar and serve warm with maple syrup. Enjoy!
I’m going to make these, but I’m going to add some vanilla to the eggs & milk mixture. They look very good!
