Notes
Leftover mashed potatoes work great but I buy the 2lb containers from Sam's Club. Â They are 7 cups per container. I use pork panic and cook in bacon grease for the flavor. Â Reg Panko works just fine.
I like mine with sour cream
Looks 😋 delicious! I never knew how to make these but must try now. Bob Evans mashed potatoes heated up is fine to use correct in case I don’t feel like making homemade mashed ones?
Def, that works!
