
One Pot Chicken Alfredo Tortellini
A family favorite made easier than ever! Won't be any leftovers with this one pot recipe!

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts(cubed)
- 1 stick butter(unsalted)
- minced garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 24 oz fresh tortellini
- 2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- SPG(Salt, pepper, garlic)
Instructions
- Cube chicken, season with SPG, and cook in a pan on med high heat until 165 internal then remove.
- Reduce heat to med low and allow pan to cool for a couple min.
- Add stick of butter.
- Once melted add minced garlic and allow to cook until fragrant.
- Add Chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring continuously.
- Pour in tortellini, bring to a simmer, and cover. Stir every few min.
- After tortellini are pretty much cooked through(around 10 min), add grated parm and stir until smooth.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add chicken back in and combine well. Enjoy!
