No Bake Turtle Cheesecake

- 9" Springform pan
Ingredients
- 1 family sized package Oreos
- 1 stick melted butter
- 3 block softened cream cheese
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups powdered sugar
- 16 oz cool whip thawed
- 8 oz Heath toffee bits
- 3/4 cup semi sweet choc chips
- 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 4 oz caramel sauce
- 6 oz praline pecans trust me on this one!
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos like they insulted you momma! Mix em with the melted butter.
- Line the 9" springform pan with parchment paper and tamp this Oreos down in the bottom then set aside.
- Beat together the cream cheese and vanilla extract then add the powdered sugar and continue ue to beat until smooth.
- Add the cool whip and mix that in as well before gently folding in the heath bits.
- Add this to the springform then place in the fridge a minimum of 4 hours. The longer the better to help it set.
- For the ganache bring the heavy cream to a simmer and add the chocolate chips. Remove form heat and let them sit for a minute to let them start melting before whisking until smooth.
- Pour over cheesecake as well as the caramel sauce. Add praline pecans and place back in fridge un til ready to indulge.
