Million Dollar Tortellini Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce(28 oz)
  • 2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce(15oz)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese,

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef, add spaghetti sauce and seasonings. Stir until combined and remove from heat.
  • In a 9x13 baking dish add cheese tortellini. Pour Alfredo sauce over tortellini.
  • Fill Alfredo jar about 1/3 way up and pour that over tortellini as well.
  • Make sure tortellini is well coated.
  • Add spaghetti sauce mixture to top and smooth out.
  • Add shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes covered.
  • Remove foil and bake 20 additional minutes uncovered. Enjoy!

    You said fill the Alfredo jar 1/3 up then pour it over tortellini but what liquid do you pour over it? Water?

    Vary easy and really delicious. Family loves it. I used a chilli grind of hamburger. Bigger chunks, vary good

    Do u use frozen or refrigerated tortellini?

      I use the refrigerated but frozen should work. Might require a couple extra min in oven but should be close.

    I made this ya’ll million dollar recipe is right… THANK YOU CHEF. I still have 1/2 pan for tomorrow I bet it will taste even better….if that’s possible. I did add onion & garlic instead of using the powders AWESOME
