
Jalapeno Poppers
These have to be one of the best appetizers or snacks you can make! Make em and tell me I'm wrong!

Servings: 12 poppers
Equipment
Ingredients
- 12 jalapeños
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon(not thick cut)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp bbq rub
Instructions
- Get smoker set to 275 degrees.
- Wash jalapeños, cut off top, and remove core/seeds.
- In a mixing bowl combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and seasonings.
- Transfer to a gallon ziplock bag and cut off tip. Pipe mixture into each jalapeño.
- Wrap each jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
- Apply BBQ rub to bacon.
- Put on smoker at 275 until bacon is cooked through. Should take 60-90 min depending on thickness of the bacon. Enjoy!

Notes
Pro tip- Get a rack specifically for jalapeño poppers and it will make it much easier on you. They are less than $15 and will last forever.
