
Hawaiin Style Ribeyes

Ingredients
- 3 Ribeyes
- 1.5 cups low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
- 20 oz can pineapple slices
- 1/4 cup avacado oil
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp minced ginger
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Mix together marinade and pour 2/3 of it over ribeyes. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours.
- After 2 hrs wipe off marinade and season steaks with SPG. Let steaks sit at room temp for 20 min or so while heating grill and making glaze.
- Take remaining 1/3 of glaze and bring to a simmer in a sauce pan. Add some corn starch slurry to thicken and remove.
- Cook Ribeyes to desired temp and remove to rest. Also grill pineapple rings.
- Place pineapples on ribeyes and drizzle with glaze. Enjoy!
