Easy Taco Soup

Taco Soup is a go to for me when meal prepping. Its fairly healthy, its delicious, and its super simple to make!

Servings: 6 bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Browsey Acres American Wagyu Ground Beef
  • 1.5 tbsp chili powder
  • 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tsp cumin
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp mexican oregano
  • 1.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Mortons season all
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can Rotel(Lime Cilantro)
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 2 cups beef broth

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef on medium heat.
  • While ground beef is cooking, add seasonings together until well combined.
  • Once ground beef is cooked through, add taco seasoning and stir together.
  • Add Rotel, corn, black beans, and beef broth.
  • Bring to a low simmer for around 30 min, then enjoy!

Notes

Use store bought taco seasoning if desired.  I would prob use 1 1/2 packages.  Doesn't need much extra salt in my opinion with the beef broth but salt to taste.
