Ingredients for beef and gravy sliders.

Ingredients:

  • Kings Hawaiian Slider Buns – A sweet bread option that is also light and fluffy.
  • Thinly Sliced Roast Beef – Use whatever kind you prefer.
  • Bacon Grease -Use this to toast the rolls.
  • Brown Gravy – This will give a creamy addition, make sure you use brown not white gravy as they are not the same.
  • White American Cheese – These are my personal favorite, but feel free to mix and match your cheese choices!
  • Mozzarella Cheese – Again, this is my favorite type of cheese to use for this recipe!

Expert Tips:

  • Make sure you buy the King’s Hawaiian rolls that are connected and slice through the center to keep them intact.
  • We love white American cheese and Mozzarella for their melt, but you can use other types too like Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack.
  • Add other toppings if you wish, such as mustard or caramelized onions.

What to Serve With Roast Beef & Gravy Sliders:

As this is a main course, side dishes are the way to go:

  • Potatoes–Mashed, fried, boiled, cheesy, etc.
  • Mac and cheese
  • Coleslaw
  • Vegetables
  • Salad

Storage and Make-Ahead Instructions:

These sliders are best served freshly cooked, however you can reheat them in the microwave if you would like to store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days (make sure they are kept in an airtight container).

Freezing does not go well with these sliders, they will lose their texture and crispness if you try to thaw them.
