Thanks for the Recipe I will be trying it this weekend
Looks so delicious 😋.
would green enchilada sauce be good w/it instead of red?
Yes, that would be delicious!
My family of four just DEVOURED a 9×13 of this! It was absolutely delicious. Thank you!
🙌
I bet thus is amazing! I make something very similar except it uses tortilla chips instead. It is,also amazing! Thank you
How would you recommend cooking chicken if you didn’t use a rotisserie chicken for this recipe? Thanks!
Honestly any way you prefer. Typically, I’d prob just use the air fryer or in a
Cast iron skillet.
It looks delicious! I am going to try it, and I’ll probably add 1/2 an onion and maybe some hot hot sauce, I like food very spicy. Thank you for the great recipe. I’m always looking for new ideas.
We used beef instead of chicken and it turned out amazing. Thank you
I just made this tonight. It was so easy after a long day and soooo good! My husband loved it, too. Only change I made was that I added a 4oz can of diced green chiles. I will definitely make it again. 🙂
Thanks! 🙌
Must try
Looks delicious and easy 😋
I don’t handle spicy stuff well. How can I adapt this recipe?
Swap the pepper jack cheese for Monterrey jack!
How much chicken do u think this is. Like 2 or 4 cups
The rotisserie chicken is prob closer to 4 cups but however much you prefer.
If I could give this 10 stars I would, made it for supper and it was absolutely DELICIOUS and so easy to make!!
🙌
I made two pans of this tonight. One pan with the red sauce and the other with the green sauce. Both turned out phenomenal!
Awesome!
My dad tolerates chicken. Could I use ground beef instead? He is 94 and my mom is 91. I try to cook for them 3-4 times a week. That’s the reason or my question!
Sorry, running behind on everything this week and just saw this.
I went ahead and substituted the ground beef after browning it. It was delicious! I took half to my mom and dad and my husband ate3 helpings while I was gone! Barely enough for supper tomorrow night!
Thanks for the recipe! Next time I’ll just make it with chicken!!!
I bet it was great with ground beef, too!
Could you use ground chuck to make this?
Absolutely!
Can you use a Mexican four cheese blend instead of pepper jack?
Absolutely!
I made this last night for supper. I added a can of black beans and a can of southwest corn. It was wicked good ! I’ll be making this again for sure.
Love this 😋
I hate to be negative when everyone else has been so positive, but I prepared this tonight and the fajita seasoning overwhelms it. I would suggest taco seasoning or half packet.
Yeah, can def do to preference. We liked it with the whole packet but everyone has different taste buds.
Does the chicken have to raw when putting in the dish with biscuits or can I use Leftover cooked chicken
I use cooked chicken!
