Chocolate Covered Strawberry Dip

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese(softened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 oz cool whip
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 1 cup semi sweet choc chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- handful fresh strawberries
- 3 crushed oreos
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and vanilla extract. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Fold in cool whip.
- Spread out in bottom of 6 x 9 or 8 x 8 dish.
- Add can of strawberry pie filling and spread evenly.
- Bring heavy cream to a simmer. Remove from heat, add choc chips.
- Whisk until ganache is formed and allow to cool.
- Add ganache to top of strawberry pie filling and spread evenly.
- Top with cut up strawberry pieces and crushed oreos. Enjoy!
Notes
These can be served with oreos but they are great with pretzel crisps!
