
Chicken Cordon Bleu Bubble Bake

Ingredients
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 jumbo can of biscuits
- 1.25 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz diced ham
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove skin form chicken and chicken from bones. Cut up into desired size chunks.
- Cut biscuits into 4 or 6 pieces each.
- Optional but I like to cramelize ham in a pan on med high heat for a couple min to add flavor. Wipe off excess moisture and put a little oil or bacon grease in pan.
- In a large mixing bowl whisk together heavy cream, dijon mustard, honey, and seasonings.
- Add chicken, biscuits, and ham. Fold un til everything is well coated.
- Place in a sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Add Swiss cheese.
- Bake covered tightly with foil for 30 min.
- Bake uncovered for additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
