Chicken Cordon Bleu Bubble Bake

So easy to throw together and perfect for those busy weeknights!

Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken
  • 1 jumbo can of biscuits
  • 1.25 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz diced ham
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Remove skin form chicken and chicken from bones. Cut up into desired size chunks.
  • Cut biscuits into 4 or 6 pieces each.
  • Optional but I like to cramelize ham in a pan on med high heat for a couple min to add flavor. Wipe off excess moisture and put a little oil or bacon grease in pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl whisk together heavy cream, dijon mustard, honey, and seasonings.
  • Add chicken, biscuits, and ham. Fold un til everything is well coated.
  • Place in a sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Add Swiss cheese.
  • Bake covered tightly with foil for 30 min.
  • Bake uncovered for additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
