
Chicken Bacon Ranch Bubble Bake

Ingredients
- 1 Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 tube Jumbo Biscuits
- 1 can Cream of Chicken
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 lb cooked bacon
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 8 oz mild cheddar cheese
- 8 oz Colby jack cheese
- green onions(optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove skin from chicken and chicken from bones. Cut into desired size chunks.
- Cut biscuits into 4 or 6 pieces each.
- In a large bowl add chicken, biscuits, sour cream, cream of chicken, seasonings, and half of cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Add rest of cheese on top.
- Bake for 45 min or until biscuits cooked through.
- Garnish with green onions if desired. Enjoy!

Notes
If you don't wanna use a rotisserie chicken I would use 2-3lbs chicken breasts or thighs. I would cook the chicken before adding to dish but if worried about it drying out use thighs!
