Cheesy Bacon Lobster Sliders
These have all the good stuff! Buttery lobster, crisp bacon, smoky and melty cheese, and they go on toasty kings Hawaiian rolls!

Servings: 12 sliders
Ingredients
- 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 lb lobster knuckles and claws imitation is fine
- 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz shredded cheddar-gruyere white cheddar is fine
- 8 oz shredded smoked gouda
- 1.5 sticks kerry gold garlic herb butter
Instructions
- Cook bacon and set aside to cool.
- Shred cheese and set aside unless using pre shredded.
- Put down a stick of butter on griddle or in pan on low medium heat. On other side of griddle toast kings rolls in residual bacon grease.
- Once melted, warm up chopped up lobster a couple minutes after seasoning. Its precooked so we are only warming it and letting flavors sink in.
- On bottom layer place cheddar gruyere cheese then add lobster.
- Top with crumbled bacon before adding smoked gouda cheese.
- Add top layer of kings rolls and allow cheese to melt in oven or on warming rack on griddle. You can also put an aluminum pan upside down as a warming rack to place sliders on.
- Once cheese is good and melty, brush on more garlic herb butter and enjoy...

Notes
Use imitation lobster or crab if you wanna try these but not spend the cash on lobster claws and knuckles. Â You can use any cheese you prefer. Â Also, Â I hate mayo but a garlic aioli might be a nice addition as well.
