Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 lb shaved beef
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb white american cheese
- 1/2 lb provolone cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp worcerstershire sauce
- SPG(Salt, Pepper, Garlic)
- Cheese Dip
Instructions
- Saute pepper/onion.
- Cut up and Cook shaved beef, season with SPG and worcerstershire sauce.
- Reserve a little of beef/pepper/onion for garnish.
- Pour in beef broth and heavy cream.
- Add white american and provolone cheese. Season with SPG to taste and add W sauce.
- Place in oven or on smoker at 250 degrees for 60-90 min. Stir about every 30 min.
- Once everything is smooth, drizzle cheese dip on top and garnish with reserved beef/pepper/onion.
- Serve with crustini's or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
